Received a refurbished Samsung Q90T from Woot/Amazon.
This colors sucked – solid colors displayed brilliantly, but face colors of all races were re-tinted. After several calls to Samsung, I was unable to correct the picture quality.
Then the return battle started.
At first they provided a generic label that wanted me to pay the shipping. It's defective – I should NOT have to pay to send it back to Woot.
Woot scheduled a UPS pickup, but when the driver arrived he wanted a shipping label with a tracking number.
SEVERAL emails later, Woot again provided a pickup request, but NO LABEL.
Woot is going on my personal black list. I will never purchase Woot products through Amazon, or anywhere else again.
IMHO, with their lack of cooperation and assistance, Woot should be removed from Amazon.
I asked several times for Woot to call me and I gave them my phone number. End result – no calls and no prepaid UPS shipping label.
I finally called Woot directly, and with the help of a nice customer support specialist, (Nadia, I think), I finally got a label.
